Every agency conference this year has the same theme: AI is here, and if you're not adopting it, you're falling behind. I don't disagree. AI has genuinely cemented its foothold in home care. But I've watched enough agencies rush to "add AI" without asking the one question that actually matters: AI to do what, exactly? Most of the AI conversation in this industry is about automation for its own sake. The agencies actually winning with it are using AI for something much narrowe
